Debris Removal Opt-in Deadline Extended To April 15th

On Friday, March 28th, it was announced that due to a low level of property owners opting-in or out for Phase 2 Debris Removal by the Army Corps of Engineers (ACE), the deadline, which was set for Monday, March 31st, has now been extended to April 15th so more people can make a decision and either Opt-in for the Right of Entry (ROE) or Opt-out.

NOTE: FEMA, SBA and other March 31st deadlines remain in place, so please be sure to file with any of those agencies if you have not done so yet!
