On February 19, 2025, a mere 20 days after 100% containment of the Palisades Fire, 17 parcels of land have been listed for sale per the MLS; one of those is under contract and one is pending.

So far at least 17 families have already indicated that they are not rebuilding a home on the same site. Some of these are planning to either rebuild on another lot or buy a standing home in the Palisades.

The median price point of the 15 lots for sale as of this morning is $2,600,000.
