Customers will not be billed for water usage between the fire and the current meter read, and refuse collection fees will be credited in future bills. Electric bills will reflect usage since the fire, but only up to three billing cycles. Importantly, no accounts in ZIP 90272 will be subject to collection activity for the remainder of 2025, and flexible payment options remain available.
