Palisades Residents, School Buses & Essential Workers Allowed Access Again Following Rain Storms

Beginning today, access restrictions will be eased for Pacific Palisades School buses and local workers in addition to those who have/had homes in the areas.

  • For Palisades passes go to The FEMA Recovery Center (10850 Pico Blvd) between 9am-7pm.
  • For Malibu/Sunset Mesa passes go to City Hall (23825 Stuart Ranch Rd) from 10am-5pm.

Identification and/or proof of address will be required, and those providing services will need to show proof of business operation (such as cleaning crews, contractors, security and professionals providing evaluation & assessment services).

Each household member should obtain their own pass.

Expect delays as there will only be one lane open from the McClure tunnel to Carbon Beach Terrace. Light signals may be out so treat them as a 2 or 4-way stop where necessary. The speed limit remains at 25mph.

NO OUTSIDE TRAFFIC WILL BE GRANTED ACCESS TO PCH UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
